I work from my consulting room within a historic building in the centre of Stockport, I see individuals in longer-term once weekly psychotherapy, and also couples, families, and groups for counselling.
Since 2022 I have worked within the third sector providing low-cost / free counselling for a charity based in the South of England. I also offer therapeutic services to a number of different organisations, including employee assistance programmes (EAPs).
I am a lecturer on a university course where I teach students, ranging from levels four to six, integrative counselling.
Previously I worked in, and volunteered for, several charities across the North West and South of England providing both short and longer term counselling. Over the course of these roles I have worked with a broad range of specialist populations including asylum seekers and refugees, LGBTQ+ people, activists, and those experiencing chronic and enduring illness.
In addition to my clinical work I have also offered my academic services to institutions; this involved activities spanning from undertaking research to working with both the students and lecturers in developing the teaching and learning materials for clinical trainings.
